A STEP BY STEP APPROACH

PROGRAM PLANNING

Resource Development Group Principals facilitate a planning session to fully analyze and align your organization’s vision, mission, current program and funding streams with your future program of work and budget.

COMMUNITY ASSESSMENT

The community assessment, usually conducted in six to eight weeks, allows us to objectively evaluate your organization’s image, case for support, key leader/stakeholder engagement and “buy-in” and finally the financial capacity and propensity of potential investors.  You receive a comprehensive report outlining key market findings, program, organizational and funding recommendations along with a timeline and work plan for implementation.

THE CAMPAIGN

With direct solicitation provided by RDG, your campaign leadership and board members provide the overall campaign strategy and direction while we take on the time-consuming daily activities of prospect identification, appointment scheduling, solicitation calls, executive briefings, prospect follow up and day-to-day campaign management.  

Throughout the campaign process, RDG meets regularly with campaign leadership to refine solicitation strategies, schedule executive briefings, monitor campaign progress and plan campaign events.  In the end, you receive a comprehensive close-out report along with the implementation of a thorough pledge redemption, accounting and investor relations system. Not to mention a seamless, well-communicated and successful campaign.
