Chip is a principal officer of Resource Development Group who has more than 13 years experience serving as Team Leader managing campaigns for economic development organizations in N. Carolina, Virginia, Oklahoma, Michigan, Indiana and Ohio.
Chip has conducted 500+ Leadership Assessment interviews and conducted more than 3,500 personal solicitation calls on corporate and governmental leaders to raise program funding for economic development organizations.
Previously, Chip was President of Discovery Search Group, an executive search firm specializing in engineering and packaging industry recruitment.
He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Economics in 1982 from Ohio Wesleyan University. Chip lives in Powell, Ohio with his wife Julie.
