| Carnival Cruise Lines Signs Contract Extension with JAXPORT |

Dec. 13, 2005 -- Carnival Cruise Lines, the world’s
largest cruise operator, has signed a two-year
contract extension with JAXPORT to continue the
company’s year-round service from Jacksonville
through November 2007.
