| FLAGLER TOPS COUNTRY IN HOUSING GROWTH |

For the second year in a row, Flagler County leads
the nation in housing growth, according to the U.S.
Census Bureau.
For the 12-month period that ended July 1, 2005,
Flagler's housing stock increased by more than 5,000
units, or 14.8 percent. The previous year Flagler
added more than 4,000 housing units.

| SENATOR BRUNO ANNOUNCES ADVANCED MICRO DEVICES WILL BUILD NEXT MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR FACILITY AT LUTHER FOREST |

Senate Majority Leader Joseph L. Bruno joined Dr.
Hector Ruiz, Chairman and CEO of Advanced Micro
Devices (NYSE: AMD), Governor George Pataki,
Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver and Congressman
John Sweeney today to confirm that AMD has
selected the Luther Forest Technology Park as the
site of their next semiconductor manufacturing
facility. This announcement is one of the largest
private sector industrial investments in New York
State history and is projected to create more than
1,200 new high-tech jobs, thousands of construction
jobs, and more then 3,000 jobs through businesses
that will serve AMD.

| NUCOMM SELECTS WICHITA FOR FIRST US OPERATION |

In another international effort, the fast-growing
Canadian company NuComm selected Wichita for its
first United States location. The company will bring
375 jobs in the first year to Wichita for its inbound
call center. In all, the deal took one week from initial
